I am looking for something similar to the photo attached, can you recreate this?

The Sereal Experience welcomes inspirations photos to get an idea of the client’s vision. However, we do NOT replicate other creatives work.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once production begins, your order cannot be canceled. Also, please note that all sales are final.

When will I get my custom order?

Once payment is received, we will send digital designs within 5-7 business days for your review before beginning production. Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the design approval date. For larger orders, the turnaround time is 4-5 weeks.

My item(s) arrived broken, is there anything that can be done?

Please send proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery to info@theserealexperience.com. After review, we will determine if the item(s) can be replaced before your event or we will offer a refund/credit.

What methods of payment do you accept?
